I'm new here and DD just started training Level 3 this summer. As expected, she has developed blisters on her hands from the bars. She doesn't even want to play on the monkey bars because they hurt so much I know this is just the beginning of many, so I figure I might as well become informed now on how to treat them. So what do you do? Do you cover them for gymnastics or just leave them? And what about home treatment? Is there anything to speed up the healing process in between practices? TIA!!
