I finally have my round off, back handspring, back layout with good form!! My coach spotted me on them a little, but with my previous coach, I couldn't even it with good form while she spotted me. I also have my back handsprings on the low beam consistently so hopefully next practice I can do it on high beam. Then I did my first giant on the regular bar with a spot. And I'm getting close to vertical on my clear hips and cast to handstands. :D Sometimes I turn into my round offs too early and I'm slowly but surely starting to fix them.
I know they don't seem like huge accomplishments but they are to me.
