Hello everyone!

This is my first post here.

I am doing calisthenics for the past 2 years.

Atm my goals are Front lever,Planche,HSPU and slow MU.

I am doing ok considering that i am 185 cm tall but i have a question about something i struggle to master for quite some time.
Proper pressure point on my hands during floor planche. I am atm at one leg planche level.

From what i understood, pressure point will be closest to your hips. So in my case since finger will be rotated slightly outward, close where the ulna meets the wrist.

But as soon as i try any lean,my pressure point is on the radial side.

Any tip would be highly appreciated.
