it's basically a tinsica with flight and I have super inflexible shoulders so it's easier...would it work??
 
(this isn't me by the way, it's just the only example video I could find and i don't want to post myself 😭)
 
It would help if you could clarify what rules you are using.

As an example FIG rules are very lenient on crediting handsprings if it precedes another element.
 
Okay, thanks! Also, do you think aone handed tinsica would count as a one handed fwo??
