Hello!
My xcel gold state meet is this weekend, and because of my age it may be my last meet ever and I really want to do well.
I have problems with my full turns on beam but only when I keep my left toes on my right knee. however, if I have my left toes on my right ankle then I land it more often. Is this a deduction? Or will I be able to compete this?

Thanks!

Coupe is perfectly fine. The requirement is just that you do any type of turn where you rotate 360 degrees on one foot. i even did a turn with my leg in arabesque for a while.

Keep your foot where it is most comfortable for you. Coupe is allowed as is placing it anywhere else off the beam.
Good luck!

I do all my turns in coupé, it doesn't matter if it's a 1/2 or a triple, I works a lot better for me[emoji106]
