I love this video! It really discribes gymnastics. I see the level 7-8 girls at my gym still having fun. They get to play capture the fome and once we had to play with they for our warm up. It can show how much fun gymnastics can be but sometimes you hate it but you're team mates our your family and you would never leave them.
