WAG Skipping levels

My sister (who plans to start team next year) was wondering about skipping levels in xcel to go straight to silver . She wanted t know if it was posssible to skip bronze. I know this may vary by gym, but if any of you have skipped bronze please reply with ay struggles or benefits of doing so. (i'm posting for my sister bc she is not yet 13) She has most of the neccessary skills.

You can actually enter at gold now without needed to score out. Our gym didn't even do bronze at all.
