WAG What are the required tap swing angles for Level 4?

I don't have a book on me, and just realized I wasn't sure.

I'm not sure. But my coaches have us hit the same height as the bar (our shoulder angle)

For Level 4 the tap swings should be a minimum of 30 degrees below horizontal.
