I'm sure there are lots of posts on this, but I'm a newbie so looking for help. What can we do at home to help my daughter with balance? She turned 5 at the end of March and is fairly new to gymnastics.
Right now, My dd is learning to stand on one leg, and use her toes to help balance, and holding her handstands and using her fingers to help balance and also working ballet turns. My de and I make little games, between her and I to see who can hold it the longest
