WAG Bonus for Xcel Gold?

I was chatting with som
e moms at the gym and they were talking about 2/10th added for certain bonus skills. I never heard of this for Gold. True or what could they be talking about?

Xcel doesn't have bonus skills.

Back when each Region set its own xcel rules, some had scoring rules that included bonuses. Those moms may be remembering past rules.
