Coaches...the following is an anonymous poll on salary + benefits. Would love it if you would all answer.

Please only answer about your gymnastics job / jobs.

This poll is actual salary + the value of your benefits. If you get health insurance worth $500 / month...that would be an extra $6,000 / year.

Below is a thread / poll for salary only (no benefits included)...

just curious... did you not want to know if we are PT or FT/hourly or salaried? It seems like the results will be hard to interpret w/o that info.

No...I'm not really interested in all that. Just interested in the total.

If anyone is willing to share...how does your gym do it when a team coach has a child in competitive gymnastics? Is their monthly tuition factored in the coaches compensation package...coach pays normal prices...coach pays at a discount...etc? Meet fees?

My daughter's monthly tuition is waived, but I do pay for her meet entry fees (no coaching fees for meets).

Monthly tuition is waived. I pay parent association dues to cover meet entry and coaching expenses...and then I get paid to coach...so I think I end up coming out ahead...
