So i have been competing layout stepouts on beam for almost a year now, but i have some major issues with them just won't go away. Fist of all, my back leg is bent at about a 90 degree angle, and i haven't figured out how to fix it. Secondly, my backhandsprings are kinda crooked in the first place, and so i end up fixing my direction in the air during my layoutstepout. Problem is, out of all my meets this year, i have stuck it once. In practice, it's not much better. The funny thing is that either i'm really off or i'm really on. In other words, either it is perfectly stuck of it's so far off, there's no way i can save it. I ask my coach every day to tell me what to fix, but there's major coaching issues at my gym, and they aren't very helpful. if you want to watch my layoustepouts, they are on youtube. my youtube user name is gymnafreak. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
:)
