Does a toe circle count as one of the two 360 clear circle elements required for Level 7?

Is it just a toe circle (monkey giant) or is it shooting up at the end trying to go to a handstand? If it is just the monkey giant then no, if it is shooting up afterwards then yes.

If you are talking about a soul circle no because I Don’t think your body can touch the bar. So giants a free hips(clear hips) would work. This would be for J.O
