Who can confirm what are different kinds of salto that fulfill level 8 “3 different salto” requirement? My understanding is that there are basically six kinds- forward tuck, pike, stretched, and backward tuck, pike, and stretched. So, a back layout and a full-twisting back layout are the same kind. Or am I wrong, and the full is counted as a different salto than just the layout?

it just has to be 3 different skills, they can all be the same shape and with twists (example, you can do front tuck, back tuck, and back tuck full and you will still fill that requirement)

It is by the code of points. A back layout is a A and has a different code than a back full which is a B skill. The coaches have the code of points and can tell you what saltos are needed.

You could do a back tuck, back pike and back layout and meet the 3 different saltos. However those are all A level skills and the gymnast would get deductions for a lack of difficulty.
