I've recently started working giants again on strap bar and am finding them pretty scary because I haven't quite got the hang of the wrist shift. The strap bar I use has the pvc pipe around the thin metal bars. One time I couldn't get my wrists to shift and was stuck on handstand without my wrists locked (which was terrifying) so even just doing them again is a big step.

I would really appreciate any tips, key words or drills anyone could recommend for figuring this out (I'm a 9-months-ago-retired 20 year old gymnast if that helps, trained Level 5/6 'Canadian' Levels, not USAG). I know it seems really basic but I'm looking for all the help I can get. I'm going to the gym again tomorrow night and would love to have somethings to try out. Thanks for your help chalkbucket friends!
