Parents Torn Hands

Any tips on helping the hands heal quickly. At our private last night my daughter didn't want to quick and torn a bit of skin from her hand. It isn't bad like bleeding type but a blister type layer came off. Tuesdays are our normal bars and floor days sooo not much down time for her.
