Presuming you're asking about the US, there will be Olympic Trials in 2012, probably in late June, and the top 2 all-arounders will automatically qualify for the Olympic Team (unless it has changed...). Then the top 12? (maybe 16?) and some event specialists will go to a selection camp and the team will be anounced a few weeks after Trials. How do other countries select their Olympic teams?
No but I'm guessing there will still be a verification camp to prove their fitness and readyness before they leave just so Marta can try and break somemore bodies.Really? No selection camp for 2012? That's a major departure for Martha and crew.

So, who do people here think will make the team? I know it's 2 years off and plenty will change between now and then, but what are your best guesses?
?............not fair.

your reference to marta is unfair.
Why? Marta over trains the girls before big competitions, she had Shayla train AA when she should have been focusing on bars, she has needless amounts of camps and sends girls off to competitions that don't need it and ignores the ones she doesn't like or she doesn't want to lose face by not winning.[/U][/B]

Ross will be 16 in 2012, she is only just elligable.I don't think Ross will be old enough.
I wouldn't venture a guess at who would be on the 2012 team as two years out is a pretty long time to either get injured or broken and with the pace she keeps these girls at, no one is a shoe in.
