What are things you wish you knew before coaching or participating in xcel silver? This will be my first year coaching this level but I have taught level 3 in the past so I'm not worried about sporting or teaching the skills just things specific to silver. Any advice/tips are greatly appreciated.

I help coach bronzes/silvers at my gym twice a week. The biggest thing is drills at this level. Having many different drills/stations to focus on the basics and keep them moving is generally the best way to keep everyone productive and happy!
