Dd (L7) has been struggling with bars all season. She's been falling on her squat on and balking on her giant. Highest score on bars going into states was an 8.3. I was just hoping she could make it through without any catastrophes.

Well, she did more than that. She did almost fall on her squat on, but held onto it and went on to get a 9.175 and earn a 5th place medal at states! The look on her little face when she saw her score was priceless.
