Take this with a grain of salt as I know almost nothing about MAG. I wonder if it is some kind of pre-tape spray like: http://www.physioroom.com/product/Mueller_Pre_Tape_Adhesive_Spray_120ml_/2037/36171.html Was it before they put tape on?
I don't have experience with the custom leotards, but I have ordered from them before. I ordered two long-sleeve leotards and they were both great quality. The customer service was great too! I wonder if you could contact them before ordering to get some kind of mock-up. Good luck!
We have done something like this at my gym. Everyone was on teams (mixed age, level, training group etc.) and you had to earn points for your team. You could earn points through games and group activities like already mentioned above, but you could ALSO earn points for other, individual things...
None of the girls that I competed with got a deduction for competing an aerial.(It was the 2014 season.) I believe, but I'm not sure, that an aerial is a "b" skill. I'm pretty sure that you are allowed to compete a certain number of "b" skills, but they are still valued as "a" skills. This is...
I'm not sure if this is related, but on new(ish) threads, the "Similar Threads" box only shows newer threads. On older threads and in social groups, it is working as usual, showing threads from a variety of times.
Last year, one of my best friends quit. It was hard at first, but I met new girls in my group and now I have another best friend. Having a girl quit doesn't mean that you will never see them again. Make plans to get together. Stick with it and you will come out stronger in the end.
If you need another song, my teammate used Rockin Robin and it was very cute. This version of it is from energym: http://energymmusic.com/catalog/50s/292 .
I was recently in a boot and was able to do bars. Just be aware that you might need a spot on basic skills. Simple things like back hip circles are kind of scary. Something about momentum?!?!
I do have to say, as a gymnast, I love meet t-shirts. The coupons are only helpful; however, if it covers the cost of a basic shirt. That way gymnasts aren't walking out with nothing if their parents can't afford the extra money that the shirt costs on top of the coupon.
Mine are at the point where the crustyness kind of hurts. :eek:They are all scratchy and uncomfortable. I figured that is a sign that they need to be washed. Thanks for all the advice so far!
I finally took my grip bag home to wash my wristbands. They stink way more than I would like to admit!;)Does anyone have any tips on how to wash them? Do I just throw them in with a load of laundry?
Thanks!
