    Off Topic What to do with old competition leo?

    The shadow box I have had a cork back. I just used pushpins to hold the leo up but put the pins on the inside of the leo, like in between the front and back, so you are not able to see them.

    I run track in addition to doing gymnastics 3 days a week and I love it. It's tiring at first but you get used to it. Defiantly try it. It's great to do another sport.
