wish me luck!! tomarrows meet is the meet that determines weather or not im really moving to level 5! & i was doing some really shaky beam routines last night at practice. so someone please send me the beam fairy please!! i promise i will return the favor. thanks!!

Good luck... usually if I have a shaky practice before a meet I rock at the meet. I'm sure the same goes for you! Confidence will help u get through it. I hope you do well!

thanks!! that usually does happen but i still always stress if i didnt have a good practice the night before a meet. i will let you know how it goes! general stretch starts at 1:40.

Yeah certainly it`s said when the last test is not going well the actual competition will be great - and I hope it will be just like that for you!!
