i got a cast on the 16th because i tore my TFCC its in your wrist
my cast is hotpink of course and it goes 5 inchs above my elbow

I had a cast on my ankle about 2 or 3 years ago. It was hot pink also

Yuck, I hate breaking bones
My most resent break was last year around this time..I broke my wrist and had a light blue cast. It was a buckle fracture..I guess it wasn't really a 'break', it was a fracture, but it's pretty much the same thing.
In past years, I have broken my pinky, ankle and arm.
It's almost the worst thing ever being away from the gym! Are you still going to do conditioning?

just yesterday, i tore ligements in my knee and "sprained" it badly. i have to go for surgery in a week. i do not have a cast on it i have this weird brace. i've never "broken" anything but i get little injuries like this alot :/

HEY guys! i havnt been on in a while bug i get my cast OFF TODAY! yayy! not being able to do gym swim my hair make up takeing normal showers no random handstands in the street for 2 WHOLE WEEKS!
ill be back to gym on wednsday... hopefully!
