WAG question about kip cast handstand
If she starts from further back and put her hands farther away on the bar and she will find it easier but it might take a few tries to get used to it- chalkyhairdontcare_

WAG Bad rips
:mad:I have just got a rip before a international competition i normally just leave it to dry out but this one is deep and i have a competition in singapore in 5 days so it will prbably still be sore :(- chalkyhairdontcare_
