I used to have the same problem as well. Dead cows helped me a lot. My coaches wouldn't spot us on our flyaways tho so i just did a lot of dead cows and working on them into the pit. u just have 2 trust urself. and once u do it and start getting the hang of it... they will be super fun!

backwalkovers were the hardest skill for me to learn on beam, but once you get it they seem easy. i am training level 9 skills and have to stick backwalkovers for basics and warm ups. i dont seem to have a hard time anymore, but b4 when i did have a hard time (with walkovers or any other skill)...
