Wow, my team switches leos every year!! Our cost is never really high, averaging about 50-80$. I dont think thats a very bad price to pay once a year for a brand new leo, and you can get any size you want, in case youve grown since last year. Also, my gym likes to switch its colors up alot, haha.
So I have been having lots of trouble on my bwo connection. I can make the first one easily, but as soon as I try to go for the next one, I freeze! My coach says to just keep moving my hands back, but this doesn't seem to help. I can connect them perfectly on the floor. Any tips? :confused:
Believe me, I KNOW how difficult this skill can be. I have always either over rotated, or cut it short. What I found that helps me is preparing like I would go for it, step straight up on toe, and hold it. This makes sure you are straight up, not leaning sideways or forwards or backwards. Also...
Over the summer i switched gyms as well (for your same reason: in need of more equipment, better coaches and I was the oldest.) After i switched, I realized it was probably the best decision I've ever made! There were girls my age and level, and beyond! And I improved a lot and it was more fun...
