    Actually if anything I have gained more flexibility not that I even need it. I am able to have my hands clasped together and go from front to back with them still clasped. I hope that makes sense and doesn't gross anyone out.

    Drills for needle scale

    I am wondering if there are any drills for getting a full needle scale on beam. I am about 35-40 degrees from a full split. I already have the drill where you put your scaled leg up against the wall and walk it closer to the wall if that makes sense. Thank you in advance for your input.

    "flat feet", very interesting

    For in the gym you can tape her feet. I also have flat feet and that is what I do. Just make sure to tape towards the outside of her foot.

    Blood Blister

    For it to heal quicker you need to have the callous completely gone. If you don't it will heal but there will still be the pocket of skin from when you popped it. After you've got the callous gone chapstic and tea bags work wonderfully. Good Luck

    Mental Block!

    say positive things ex. I already have it, stick the landing and try to just go for it, you will know what to do. maybe try thinking as if you are on the floor and you can't go crooked. I know when I was learning on the low beam if i said these things i wouldn't have as much of a problem.

    back bends

    Do you stretch your wrists out before you do your back bends? If you don't try stretching them out before you do your back bends next time. I know that if I don't stretch my wrists before putting weight on them they will start to hurt after a while so maybe it will help you.
