Just wondering if anyone knew how grades worked in the UK? DD is around a national level 3 but has never done grades before so doesn't know how they work (do you have to get to a certain level?).
In the UK here, seems like this level is about my level, my floor was 11.58 at the last comp, I feel like this wis really high? And also what level is this?
We're in the UK and the elite program at her gym is very different to country elite (not even sure how it works in the UK). She missed 45 mins of gym today due to school/traffic and only training 3hrs that's quite a percentage of her training. Skill assessments were also held at her gym today...

My daughter (11) competed at level 5 last comp and qualified for regional finals 3 yes in a row (although the last two years regionals has been cancelled) but still only trains 3 hrs a week, is this normal?
