When my daughter was age 9/10 she had a metal bar with a wood frame in the backyard my husband built her. Her favorite thing to do on it was a "kip" where she put her feet on top and landed sitting on her butt. She also figured out how to do monkey giants (sole circle?) and would do those for...
Hey, we unfortunately have a lot of experience with this. We tried allll the things, PT, massage therapy, red light, icing, taping, x braces, heel cups. The only thing that helped her was massage therapy (but it was very temporary relief) and taping.
I taped both feet every day for months, it...
I’ll check them out and send them to her, thank you. She’s said she wants to compete in college, at least bars, but she’s seen other girls older than her get recruited to stand on the sidelines and she doesn’t want that.
And nope, she’s not anything special at all on those events, they are...

Without going into a long explanation of the serious of unfortunate events, my...
I don’t think people are saying USAG is better, it’s just different, and depends on what your goals are. I agree that if NCAA is your goal switch to USAG.
I voted small, but would probably vote middle if that was an option. We aren’t a household name but we have 10 level 10s this year and send girls off to D1 schools most years.
