I have my younger kids practice by leaping over hula hoops on the floor. It makes them really stretch their legs straight and push off the ground hard. They love it and ask to do leaps whenever we work on floor skills
Leg lifts on the floor are always good. I have my gymnasts do an abs circuit that you may find helpful. You can adjust the numbers or repetitions for your ability but here it is in case you're still looking for ideas:
