my club has been transitioning to the new GoJo code over the summer but I'm still not 100% sure about why all of the provinces haven't switched over. I understand every province has their own set of rules until level 7 (in Ontario) but doesn't it make more since for all the provinces to switch...
I would definitely buy it I love the style. I know one thing I wish my gym did was put the names on our jackets. I would have the logo on the beck and a smaller logo on the right/ left side of the chest in the front.
just a second note on what I said. the grips I use are the Reisport Hook & Loop Grips and I find these work really well. these are the grips all the girls in my gym ( well the ones that have grips anyway) and they work really well we've never had any bad stories about them. I do know that for...
just one question are your doing kips in your routine? if your doing kips I would defiantly recommend dowel grips just because there a lot easier to do. at my gym palm grips are for the lower levels where the kids are just getting used to grips and when the get their kip that's when they move up...

try sitting back on your heels and remember to move your hands with your body . I know sometimes I'm holding the bar too tight and peel off. my coach always tells us to sit back on our heel and look for the high bar. I also use dowel grip.
