twisting

hey i have an issue with my gymnastics. i have been working on front layouts with a full twist but as soon as i start twisting i can't seem to just go back and do a plain layout. It gets worse and worse and i begin to twist earlier each time. please help!!

The direction a gymnast twists is a very critical choice a coach must make in a career. There are lots of different skills that require your twisting to be the same direction: Kasamatsu, Makuts, full twisting step outs on floor, Diamodov 1 1/4, Gogaladze etc....my question is do you as coaches...

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but what does it mean when a skill says, for example, "Back 1/1" What do the numbers mean?
