Gymnasts 10.1 start values

on social media ive seen videos of level 10s saying they have a 10.1 sv. im just confused by this because is it only a L10 thing? i only see L10's saying they have a 10.1 sv so is 10 the only level you can have a 10.1 sv? and does this mean if their routine is perfect their score will be above a 10? sorry this is random im just curious lol

Yes in level 10 you can have up to a 10.1 start value on each event. A perfect routine would score a 10.0, as would a routine with .1 in deductions
