I may not be 100% correct but I think it is the same as AAU or Mason Dixon league. More of a competitive rec gymnastics instead of USAG. I know we'll end up back in USAG eventually but we decided to try one year of a less stressful team to ease her back in. I've already started making velvet hot pants buy the gross, preparing for next year :-) I think it will be the only thing that gets me through this season of cheer. We have been going non-stop for 3 seasons now with no real vacation!

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
