Women 9.5 Start value

Hello! I had an AAU xcel silver and on the bars today, they had a 9.5 start value? They did glide swing, pullover, 2 cast, leg cut to mill circle, then forward roll dismount. Why was this?

Forward roll dismount is not an allowable dismount in silver
