Yay. It got fixed. If this happens again, is there a way to get in touch with someone to get my account repaired?

It's the site , not your actual account. JBS usually fixes it when this happens.

I tried contacting them through Facebook, no idea if it has any influence though

So, when you get the account suspended message, it is CB's account, not yours. You can post on FB and sometimes people will update you. i know that there was a message yesterday on FB letting us know that CB would be back up and running soon.

It happens periodically. Makes us appreciate it more

Some one usually FB messages me, then I email JBS, then he gets to it when he can.
