Men Advice for Tricep Tendonitis

How can DS keep practicing with this condition? Any fancy strap or support??
Doctor said to Ice/ Stretch/ Advil (optional)
any other tricks here?

Tricep tendonitis? Wow! Your kid must be workin' it!

Rest and ice. Lots of core and lower body conditioning. Trampoline work and anything else that doesn't involve the use of his arm. This type of injury tends to hang around if not given adequate rest.
