I just tell myself I have to do this skill in 3-2-1 and boom I do it. I pretend I'm Shawn Johnson on beam when I'm doing terrible. Pretend you're in the Olympics. Just think I want this. I have a dream and I'm going to do this for my dream. Regardless if your dreaming of going to the Olympics or just dreaming of a certain level or skill!

Just take a deep breath and tell yourself that you'll be ok. And talk to your coaches. They'll tell you what to do.
