How old do you have to be to start rhythmic gymnastics because im 14?

I don't think there is an age restriction for starting. You would just need to find a program in your area.

To begin competiting at Level 4 I believe its like Artistic and you have to be 6
I believe Junior elite you must be 10 to compete
And Senior Elite you must be 16

That's what I would think. I've never been a rythmic gymmie, and never will be, because I'm the most inflexible gymnast you've ever seen!!

I'd LOOOOVE to do rhythmics <3 but there's no rhythmic clubs around here I think the nearest to me would be atleast an hour car ride away.
