Apparently, she injured her elbow on Monday and will not be at trials. So sad for her.

I saw that too! So heartbreaking. I mean she wasn't likely to be selected as one of the 5, but she had a shot at an alternate position I think. Either way to go out with an injury is the most heartbreaking thing ever. She is graceful and elegant and I love her gymnastics. I just hope she can get through this because it has to be just devastating to her. To make the Olympic trials is such an accomplishment and she should feel very proud of herself! She has to have surgery, but hopefully her recovery time is quick!

Such a bummer, but probably wise to protect her NCAA career, since the Olympic team was a long shot (which is incredible as she's a beautiful gymnast!- such a deep field!).
