Hi,

I have this issue that had been affecting my gymnastics recently, and I would be tremendously appreciative if anyone can offer their thoughts/advice.

I'll try to be as brief as I can. I've been really concerned about my performance over the last few weeks/months, and I haven't been doing as well as I feel I should be.
Nearly every gym session, I turn up tired and not 100% focused. Here is my current training schedule:

Do you think I am overtraining? If the answer is yes:

1. Why - since I have been training at this volume for a number of years?

2. What can I cut out / replace?

If the answer is no, what could be making me so tired by the time I get to gym?

In terms of background, here are the goals I am currently working towards:

I need to make up for my late start (at ~16 - I am now 19), so I want to make progress as fast as possible. If I can make progress faster by training less though - I need to know!

Many thanks to anyone who can help me out.

Felix

Taking some time off is not a bad thing, on the days youre in the gym, maybe you can cut back your schedule, or even not do your own exercises that day, and take Sundays off. Even the elites get a day off:D
