well, it's the rule. but if there is time, and the next event as not started they'll usually do it.

Yeah with format of most meets nowadays it's a bit hazy as to when it ends anyway. But I've never really seen anyone not do it after their last kid finishes on the event. I am quite sure that would be enforced in my state at most meets.
