Parents Axis Board for ankles?

My daughter (L7) tends to have kind of sloppy landings. She doesn’t stumble all over or anything. It’s just that she generally has some sort of wobble or slide of the feet that prevents a true stick even when she feels like the landing was clean.

Would a balance board designed for ankle strength and mobility help? The two pieces ones like the Axis by Sidekick look interesting and would double as pre-hab.

If we have any PTs here, I'd be curious to hear your thoughts on the strengths/weaknesses of something like the axis board vs a body ball vs just standing on a squishy resi mat.

(Usual rules apply: general discussion of prehab/strengthening is fine; requesting or suggesting diagnoses or treatment plans for specific injuries is not. Always trust your doctor over internet randos like us)
