Back Limber Help

Do you have a back walkover? Personally I think it would be very difficult to learn a back limber without a BWO, if not impossible. Just depends on your learning style I guess.
 
Good job! :) First try a BWO and when you are in the handstand position put your legs together. Practice handstand snap downs, it will help. When you feel comfortable with those, go into your back bend and immediately kick over with both legs at the same time. Watching a video or someone else doing one might help too. Good luck!
