Tomorrow I go back to the gym! It has been about 2 months since I last trained due to Severs in my heel. Still not 100% but with physio and orthotics it has gotten a lot better. I am going to mostly do bars and conditioning, I hope I haven't lost to many skills. But all I can say is that I am going to be SORE!

When I had to take time off I was reconsidering if I wanted to continue with gymnastics or not because it would be such a different environment without my friends who I have been with since the beginning but during my break I have realized just how much I missed it. I have been doing handstands every where and can't sit still. It is hard going from so much a week to nothing and having to rest. Hope tomorrow goes well!
