I have just got a rip
before a international competition i normally just leave it to dry out but this one is deep and i have a competition in singapore in 5 days so it will prbably still be sore

Put Vaseline on it before you go to bed. Put a white sock over your hand so the Vaseline doesn't get everywhere. Sleep with it like this.
