I competed level 8 last season with a FHS BHS series but it was really inconsistent on the connection and I only got credit one meet (where I proceeded to fall on my full turn). It’s also been inconsistent mentally as I kept getting mental blocks and having to take a step back. Recently the fear of my series spread to regular BHS on beam so my coach is having me take a month off from BHS and series work to help mentally. However when I do get back to it I need some help getting over it and some better series options (the ideal series is BHS BHS but since my BHS step out is really bad I don’t know how realistic that is).
I also need some help on floor twisting. During back twisting I have great air awareness and can do a half pretty well but as soon as I do a full I just start twisting and flipping way too fast so I can’t land it. During front twisting I keep getting lost and twisting too early (though when I’m not lost I have great technique and can do a front full). Essentially I have opposite issues in front and back twisting, with back twisting technique and front twisting air awareness.

Do you have trampoline access?
