Being a Junior Counselor at Flip Fest.

Just curious, has anyone here ever been one?
I've applied to be a JC, of course I haven't heard yet, and I won't until April 1st.

But what kind of jobs do you do while you're there, how is the program run?? Did you enjoy it??

Even if you've just been to the camp did you see the JC's doing anything?

Really any information would be great!!

I was a regular counselor at Flip Fest several years ago (summer 2007) and the girls labeled "Junior Counselors" were pretty typical campers, just with a few more responsibilities. I don't remember a whole lot, but I think they generally just helped get the younger kids to where they needed to be and might have been required to help out at the recreational activities/free times, but not a whole lot. This could have changed dramatically since then though, so I'm not sure how helpful this really is.
