Bent legs??

always when I do a BHS my legs are bent like a frog anyone know how to fix them?! When i do a RO BHS they are perfect and also when I do a RO Layout. SO anyone know how to make them stright???

Feel like you are pushing all the way through your legs when you jump for the BHS. Hopefully that will make you go higher too.
 
DD has a teammate who had the frog issue. Coach used to tie her ankles together with pre-wrap and have her do TONS of bhs on tramp. There is a thing called a "de-frogger" that velcros ankles together, but coach didn't like it for some reason, and opted for pre-wrap. DD said that she though coaches corrections and the endless repetitions probably helped her teammate more than the pre-wrap, for what it is worth. The girl was apparently freaked at having her ankles bound, but I think she is only 7.
