Bent legs??

Feel like you are pushing all the way through your legs when you jump for the BHS. Hopefully that will make you go higher too.
 
DD has a teammate who had the frog issue. Coach used to tie her ankles together with pre-wrap and have her do TONS of bhs on tramp. There is a thing called a "de-frogger" that velcros ankles together, but coach didn't like it for some reason, and opted for pre-wrap. DD said that she though coaches corrections and the endless repetitions probably helped her teammate more than the pre-wrap, for what it is worth. The girl was apparently freaked at having her ankles bound, but I think she is only 7.
